OK thanks. the environment is quite small. How do you think I should set up and config the environment? I don't have any access to the network config so that I can change subnets/vlan etc. In vSphere I'm sysadmin.
Today we have two physical swtiches and every host has 2 nic in each switch (I also have two unused nic's that's down for some reason..). Should I start with to separate VM network, mgmt, vMotion on different vSwitches?
